Personalized Items
Since our products are personalized to your specifications, returns or refunds are not possible for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or any other non-damage-related issues.
We encourage you to double-check all details (date, location, message, etc.) before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in producing and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!
Steps to Initiate a Return or Refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@celestialmoments.store
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Once the damaged item is received, we will:
- Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds and replacements typically take 2-3 weeks to process after we’ve received the returned item and confirmed the issue.
Important Notes
- We cannot process refunds or returns for any errors caused by incorrect details provided during customization.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.
